I’m not exactly sure how I got started on photography, but I can tell you one thing – I absolutely love what I do, and it’s not about making money. I don’t see my work as just a way to earn a paycheck; it’s more like something that makes my heart happy. I do what I do because it’s important to me, and it’s not all about the money.
Afghanistan is my homeland, and I lived there for a long time before the Taliban took control. The people and nature in Afghanistan are incredibly dramatic.
My passion and main goal revolve around sharing positive and inspiring visuals with the world. To achieve this, I engage in a variety of activities. One of the things I do is share motivational content onFacebook, and create tutorials onYouTube, and on various other places as well.
Talking about my future goals, I have a plan to visit Pakistan this Christmas. I will take some shots there. I currently live in Italy, and there are many photographs of the country on the internet, but not so many of Afghanistan. I hope these images can not only capture the beauty of the place but also serve as a window into a part of the world that’s not as widely represented.
