Stephen Glosser, 37, and Caleb Kinsey, 34, are accused of creating “a plan to kill, intimidate, harass, or injure the victim.” One of them alsoreportedlyhad a past relationship with the victim.
The accused conspired to mail dog feces or dead rats to the woman’s home

“The conspiracy charge describes using cell phones to ‘create a plan to kill, intimidate, harass, or injure the victim’ through methods including shooting arrows into the victim’s front door, acquiring and releasing ‘a large python into the victim’s home to eat the victim’s daughter,’ mailing dog feces or dead rats to the victim’s home, scalping the victim, and blowing up the victim’s home,” read a U.S. Department of Justicepress release.
Investigators found that the two accused men were able to locate Larissa’s home through internet searches. They had allegedly kept the victim under surveillance between December 2022 and January 2023.
Caleb also allegedly built an explosive in his co-conspirator’s home using Tannerite that he bought online.

“The two then ‘used a destructive device to blow up the victim’s home’ on or [around] Jan. 13, 2023,” the press release added.
More than half of Larissa’s home was destroyed in the explosion.
“The moment that happened, I was sleeping on the floor and the windows just burst over my head, all over me,” Larissa recalled in aninterviewlast year.
“I never should have slept near a window. My first instinct was I got shot because of the sharpness of the glass that hit me,” she added.
