As people walk through the door of the small studioapartment, they encounter a seemingly unfinished shower next to a tiny kitchen space.

The design layout is so unconventional that if you’re feeling hungry after a shower, you could take a few steps and grab a snack from thekitchenpantry. Also, if you’re having guests over, they can unexpectedly catch you in your bathrobe, greeting them as they step into your home.

“You cannot beat this block! Conveniently located [next] to the best shopping and restaurants New York City has to offer,” the StreetEasy description of the “charming studio” reads.

After showcasing the peculiar kitchroom, Okocha’s video heads into the studio space, which seems to have enough room for a bed and, in the rear, a closet space for storage.

“This is definitely one of the weirdest ones I’ve seen,” the realtor admitted to theNew York Post.

“Everything was just a very tight squeeze. I can imagine, especially if you have guests over, it’s not going to work out if you have to squish everyone in the main studio space.”

He also shared his reaction to setting eyes on the infamous shower.“When I first saw it, I thought I was in the wrong apartment and it was being remodeled. I thought there’s no way they’re going to market this apartment,” he said.

People online shared their thoughts about the bizarre residence, writing, “That price doesn’t leave much leftover for therapy because of the depression you’ll get for living here.”

“Is nobody going to discuss the amount of mold in that grimey a** shower,” another person said.

A separate individual argued, “This should be illegal. Seriously, it needs to be remodeled.”

“This looks like a Sims house,” another social media user said, referencing the social simulation video game that allowsplayers to create and control virtual people and design their homes.

Finally, someone stressed, “$3495 for a tiny warehouse is crazy.”
