The anonymous ticket holder from Australia told7NEWSthat he and his extended family had booked tickets in 2023 to watchthe pop star’s showat the Accor Stadium in Sydney’s Olympic Park on March 16. When they booked the tickets last year, they had no plans of taking a nine-week-old infant with them. But things changed, and the father decided to get in touch with the venue to ask whether they would be allowed to bring a nappy bag with them since only small bags were permitted.

“Can you tell me whether we will be allowed to bring a nappy bag? Also, just confirming she won’t need a ticket?” the man wrote to Accor Stadium in a message via Facebook Messenger.
“There is no issue bringing a nappy bag, but all attendees must have a ticket to enter, regardless of age,” the stadium said in their initial response.
The father went on to ask the stadium representative whether it was really necessary for an infant to have a $120 ticket.

“This is a sold-out event and a ticket for a nine-week-old that can’t see or even sit is required?” the father asked.
While the father said the incident was a mistake, he noted that the stadium only resolved the issue after he went to the media. Nevertheless, it’s a “wonderful outcome,” the man said.
“They have moved my tickets closer to the event due to the issue and have given me closer parking too,” he noted.Aivaras Kaziukonis
