Ever found yourself in the dreaded position of having to come up with a good question to ask potential employers during ajob interview? Well, a woman has found the perfect query. Her tip gone viral has helped to gain insight into meetingemploymentexpectations while avoidingawkward blundersthat could potentially cost you a job.
Catherine Lockhart shared the question to ask atjob interviewsfor her “corporate girlies” which she claimed always got the job in the bag.
She explained: “It gives the interviewer an opportunity to explain a little bit more about the day-to-day functions of the role.

“It lets the interviewer know that you’re serious about performing and exceeding their expectations.”
In hervideo, which has racked up nearly 50,000 views, Catherine also advised against asking about additional benefits or time off.
“Do not mention PTO (paid time off) – do not ask if they have any other benefits,” she said.

In a follow-upTikTok videoposted on Thursday (February 29), Catherine also suggested writing down all the questions people said they were asked on a company’s Glassdoor profile, prior to a job interview.
Glassdoor is a website that provides a platform for employees and former employees to anonymously review companies and their management.
