Hunter Schaferconfirmed that she and Rosalía dated for nearly half a year back in 2019 after rumors had been circulating regarding their potential romance, amid the former couple being recently seen reuniting.
TheEuphoriastar and the 31-year-old singer were seen together earlier this year in Los Angeles,USA, reigniting speculations about their friendship, as Rosalía had just split from Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro.
But in her latest interview with GQ, Hunter clarified that she had dated Rosalía for five months back in 2019, and had later remained friends.
The 25-year-old actress was asked about Rosalía after being photographed furniture shopping in the City of Angels, as per Spanish tabloidHola.
“She talked it over with Rosalía last night, she says, and is happy to confirm that they dated for about five months in the autumn and winter of 2019,” GQ revealed, adding that, “Schafer says it took her a few hangs to suss out the vibe and determine that they were, in fact, going on dates.”

According to GQ, despite their romantic past, the two famouswomenare now friends and are in contact frequently.
“These days, they’re friends, which is something Schafer is proud of. They’ve been spotted around town recently, getting smoothies and testing out couches,” GQ detailed.
Hunter told GQ: “I have really beautiful friendships with people that I was once romantically involved with,” describing the singer as “family no matter what.”
She added: “It’s something I’m happy to share. And I think she feels that way too.
“It’s been so much speculation for so long.
“Part of us just wants to get it over with, and then another part is like, ‘It’s none of anybody’s fu— business!’“
