Brenda Song Talks About Macaulay Culkin’s Low-Maintenance Lifestyle: “[We] Don’t Get Out Of The House”

Brenda Song, 35, shared a peek into the surprisingly un-fussy and low-maintenance lifestyle of her 43-year-old partner, Macaulay Culkin.

The Home Alone star apparently has no skincare routine, and the only time any product touches his face is when Brenda “smears stuff” on him.

“He has no skincare routine,” Brenda toldPeople. “If he washes his face with water at night, I’m lucky. I’m the one that has to smear stuff on his face.”

“He’s like a boy who’s like, ‘I’ve never had to do anything. I’m never going to do anything.’ I was like, ‘Not the case for me,’” she continued. “It took me an hour and a half to get ready [for this event], and he came up at the last minute and in five minutes, he was done.”

While Brenda is meticulous with her skincare regimen, she mentioned that Macaulay has a special way of making her feel beautiful even when she doesn’t have a trace of makeup on.

“It has a lot to do with my partner,” Brenda said after being asked when she feels the most beautiful.

The couple got engaged in 2022 and are raising two sons together

“I have someone who makes me feel beautiful without a stitch of makeup on, because he has to sit through my 20-minute self-care at night,” she added.

Brenda andMacaulayfirst met during the filming of Changeland in Thailand in 2017. They went on to get engaged in 2022 and are also parents to two children.

“The balance is always tough but, you know, you just gotta make it work,” Brenda toldE! Newsabout parenting her two children. “One thing that I’ve always said is for me to be able to be the best mom, I have to be the best me, and part of that is work, and going out, and continuing to enjoy life.”

She also joked about how her seemingly low-maintenance relationship with Macaulay is mostly about staying home or going out to grab a bite.

“We really don’t get out of the house,” Brenda said. “We eat, we eat and we hang out.
