Krysten’s love for art started with cartoons in her childhood, especially anime and playful drawings. As she grew up and pursued graphic design, she felt a desire for something more. A chance discovery of webcomics inspired her to fully embrace her artistic side and create her own humorous brand.
“Each funny drawing depicts things I’ve experienced in my everyday life or things that happened just a few hours ago! My style came about just from practice and trial and error, I definitely draw inspiration from cartoons and anime.”
“If my drawing ideas can brighten even one person’s day then that is all I need to keep doing them. There is still so much room for my comics, creativity, and style to grow and I don’t plan on stopping here!”
Krysten has been making comics for a while, and her boyfriend and sister are her biggest inspirations. “Whenever I feel down about my comics or art, my boyfriend is there with uplifting words, always encouraging. My sister has been a constant support since day one, inspiring and helping me throughout my journey.”
